GMP operations in a controlled environment

VTS can take the pressure off you by handling GMP-compliant activities, such as repackaging and relabelling. These operations take place in specially equipped, temperature-controlled environments (15–25°C and 2–8°C).The work is carried out by GMP-trained teams who are prepared to handle fluctuating volumes, peak workloads and complex manual processes. Scaling up is possible without compromising on quality, safety or compliance.

Within controlled environments, packaging is adapted, labels are replaced and products are prepared for specific markets, in full compliance with GMP and GDP guidelines. Through a combination of strict temperature control, certified processes and specialist staff, quality, safety and traceability are guaranteed at every stage of the supply chain.

By outsourcing these activities to VTS, there is no need to invest in in-house GMP facilities, whilst maximum operational flexibility is maintained. Scalability, compliance and continuity are structurally guaranteed, allowing the organisation to maintain its focus on core activities.
