VTS has specialized in temperature-controlled transport and storage of mainly pharmaceutical and healthcare products for more than 30 years. In part due to the knowledge and experience accumulated over the years, we can guarantee fast, extremely safe and efficient storage and transhipment in a fully temperature-controlled and validated environment. And with the advent of our state-of-the-art healthcare warehouse we are going a step further.
Warehouse with many possibilities for pharmaceutical products
Thanks to a high degree of automation, the storage and transhipment of pharmaceutical and healthcare products can take place extremely fast. All the information regarding incoming and outgoing products is collected and stored in our warehouse management system. In addition, our new warehouse offers many possibilities for the pharmaceutical industry. For example:

– Storage in separate temperature zones
– Validated systems
– Maximum safety and control
– Storage of opiates, repackaging/labelling
100% temperature-controlled in separate zones
In our state-of-the-art warehouse the product quality is guaranteed by continuous temperature monitoring in a validated environment. Use is made here of separate temperature zones. This way we are able to store goods in a cold store at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, at freezer temperature (-40 to -20 degrees Celsius) and within a temperature range of 15 to 25 degrees. This also applies to the cross-docking zones with a temperature range of 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. Delivery vans can even load and unload in the refrigerated area, which ensures maintenance of the cold chain.
