Quality management

Delivering quality and excellent service is essential for VTS’s success. Already in an early phase we were convinced of the advantages of a quality system. In 1993 we were certified by Bureau Veritas Certification Nederland b.v.

In May 2009 renewed certification was carried out in conformance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.

Beside the ISO 9001:2008 standard, for several activities we apply a specific SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and QA (Quality Agreement).

The customer’s wishes and exigencies are always at the centre of our attention.
