Transport in behalf of the pharmaceutical industry

Conditioned transport of pharmaceutical products is VTS’s speciality. In 1988 we started with the conditioned transportation of animal pharmaceutics.

By now we are partner of several pharmaceutical companies, distributing their products across Europe. All destinations within Europe are served with our own trucks. These are provided with state-of-the-art technology. In order to reduce risks and improve performance.

Some of our distinguishing features are:

• In-company training for drivers on transport of pharmaceutical products
• On-line GPRS temperature tracking
• On-line GPRS temperature monitoring
• Special locks on the trailer bodies (SCM approved)
• NEN-ISO quality management system
• All cooling plants are maintained in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions
• Various types of trucks (mono-temp trailer, bi-temp trailer, motor tractor and trailer)
• Beside dedicated trucks in behalf of one single customer, we also offer conditioned transport for bulk consignment of smalls. For cross-docking purposes we have a cold store available (+4 degrees) as well as a warehouse kept under a temperature of between +15 and +20 degrees Celsius.
